Handler.ng provides:

• Property listing and marketing
• Verified tenant sourcing and KYC checks
• Rent collection and payment processing
• Maintenance coordination and support
• Tenant and landlord dashboards

4. Landlord Obligations

• Provide accurate property details and documentation.
• Hand over keys and grant access to Handler.ng for management tasks.
• Maintain valid ownership and insurance of listed properties.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and approvals.

5. Tenant Obligations

• Provide truthful information during booking and KYC processes.
• Pay rent and any applicable fees on time.
• Maintain the property in good condition and report issues promptly.
• Comply with the lease agreement and community rules.

6. User Accounts

You must register and maintain a secure account to access certain features. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Payments and Fees

Handler.ng may charge subscription or service fees. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Handler.ng is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Handler.ng is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Handler.ng, its officers, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any unlawful or harmful conduct, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
